Jen Keller

Jen Keller is a dynamic leadership development expert and certified executive coach with over two decades of experience empowering individuals and organizations to achieve results through people. With a deep passion for cultivating talent, Jen is known for her people-centered leadership, strategic acumen, and ability to drive meaningful organizational change.
Most recently, Jen served as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at The Raley’s Companies, where she led enterprise-wide strategies that supported over 20,000 employees across corporate, retail, and distribution environments. She built and scaled leadership development initiatives and succession planning strategies that elevated internal mobility and strengthened executive bench strength during times of rapid organizational change, including mergers and technological transformations.
She holds an MA in Leadership from William Jessup University, a BA in Communication Studies from Westmont College, and professional coaching and leadership certifications from UC Davis and USC. She is an ICF-accredited coach (ACC), PHR-certified, and a certified Birkman Assessment practitioner. Jen’s top Gallup strengths—Belief, Responsibility, Empathy, Relator, and Input—reflect her commitment to fostering authentic leadership and empowering others to become the best version of themselves.
In her free time, Jen likes to spend time with her husband Eric and their fur babies (Sadie, the mixed-breed rescue dog, and Dorito, the spicy ginger cat who keeps them guessing and laughing.) She likes to hike, paddleboard, travel, cook, and spend time with close friends.
